As noted I think Anet forced a password change for accounts using passwords prior to password blacklisting a few years ago so it may not be an accurate measure of account age created before that.

It is a separate login as Healix stated here. I have tested it. You can log into the forum but still have to log in again if you go to the MY Account link. The same thing with the leaderboard.
