Lamon soon found himself strapped to a fourth weather balloon, and started floating up into the sky. How he got attached to the balloon is unknown, but it is speculated that Bullock managed to overpower Lamon before strapping him to the balloon. This speculation is caused by the fact that Gordon had latched onto Lamon's legs, forcing Bullock to shoot the balloon down to rescue his partner. There is no official statement on whether or not that is what actually happened.
After Bullock shot Gordon and Lamon down, the two of them fell on top of the van Lamon had been using, and Lamon soon ended up rolling off. Lamon is now said to be at Gotham General and will be moved to Blackgate once the doctors say it's safe to move him.
