Where to find noble fancy

Just checked on a Human Male though and they actually do look like laced up boots. They are merely plain black ankle socks on the female though. I stand corrected! Keeping original comment for posterity. This is definitely added to the entire account-wide wardrobe after it becomes non-refundable by transmogging it, or waiting for the refund cooldown 2h to go down. The Male Model shows the whole model, which is a full calf boot that has details going all the way to the bottom of the Nobleman's Pantaloons , whereas the Female Model is just the ankle down portion of the model, which is all they needed to show for the Noblewoman's Skirt.

I don't really get why they did this. The ankle down portion is the same for both Male and Female characters, and even when using the Noblewoman's Skirt , the calf part of the model wouldn't show regardless, so why hard-remove it in code for Females?
